2. Do you do CASH ON DELIVERY?

We don't have the Cash On Delivery facility at the moment but we do meet ups upon properly and mutually agreed location within Manila: nearby areas / shopping malls. Just coordinate with us either by calling, sms, viber, whatsapp or message us via Facebook.

Currently, we accept payments via the following channels:

3. Do you ship in other countries outside the Philippines?

We don't. Please just leave a message and your contact details. In case we will do it in future, we will let you know straight away.                

4. How soon my order gets delivered?

It takes 1 to 5 business working days after payment confirmation, along with our proper and mutual coordination via email, sms or call. You can also shoot us a message in our Facebook page Empress Gorgeous Boutique or through our Facebook account Emveeque Shop.               

5. Do you have a physical shop to visit?

NONE, We are only an ONLINE store. However, from time to time, we are joining different bazaars within Manila and we are updating accordingly through this site, in our social media pages like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.      

6. Do you do exchange?

NO. Our stocks are not guaranteed in terms of quantities. We can only do a refund. Please see our Return & Refund POLICY here.

7. I want my ordered item quickly, can I pick it up?

NO, apologies, you can't. Since we are only an Online Store and smoothly following each process. As long as you have coordinated properly and promptly, your order will reach you in the shortest possible working day/s.  

8. How can I cancel my paid order?

You can cancel your order while the status is still in process and we'll proceed to our Refund POLICY. If in case, the order is already shipped, apologies to tell that we can no longer cancel our transactions.  

9. How can I be sure that your items are all authentic / original?

Fake sellers are inevitable; that's why we always welcome and accept this type of question since it is truly a valid concern However, we can't really over emphasize or stress our products authenticity all the time but you can hold on with our statement below and have a peace of mind:

1. You can be sure upon receiving your order, you will be able to personally and thoroughly inspect it, match it with the current ones you already own or versus the physical piece from nearby branded store.

3. We personally, strictly and meticulously sourced them either from direct, main brands suppliers or their authorized dealers / distributors only. 4. We have proofs, receipts and documents to show upon valid request and apart from the tag labels, original serial numbers or codes of each item, we also keep our own sku code for better monitoring/tracking, further assurance and verification of our own stocks.

5. Fake brands normally and commonly occurs only on high end and very popular brands. Small percentage only that a counterfeiter will bother to produce for a lower branded items like what  we majority sell.

*If in case you are still in doubts (there will be rare people) and be able to prove in official form that it is not original while we also do our own investigation and report it to our suppliers, we offer a 100% refund (money back) and accept your return within 7 days period starting from the day 1 of receiving the item.

10. Can you supply me stocks regularly and choose specific items only?

Our stocks, in terms of design and quantities are not guaranteed as well as it is ever changing. We do first come first serve basis POLICY only.     

11. Can I make a reservation?

Reservation is valid for 2 days or 48 hours (payments lead time) after confirming your order from this site. This is enough time that EGB is generously giving even there is no guarantee from customer side in which she/he may or may not be able to settle the payments where as the stock is immediately reserved.

12. Why are your products a lot cheaper than mall / shop original price?

We got 5 answers for you! :)

1. We are trying our best to sell it the lowest possible fair / average price.

2. We got our stocks on Sale / Clearance or by Wholesale price.

3. We are only an Online Boutique, overhead expenses like shop rent and staff salary are less.

4. We believe in very low profit, quick and high rate of turnover.

  2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.
  3. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to refund it (only damaged items), provided that:
